At InfiniWell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
